Greetings Grand Masters, Masters, Coaches, Taekwondo Practitioners,

I extend my sincere greetings and appreciation to all those who have contributed to the growth and global development of Taekwondo as a respected international sport. It is with great pleasure that I announce the 3rd Combative & Self-Defense USA Camp, hosted by the World Taekwondo Defense Federation in collaboration with Blue Dragon Taekwondo Academy, Inc. This prestigious event will take place from July 06-11, 2026, at the Blue Dragon Taekwondo Academy, Inc. in Milpitas, California, USA, and will be conducted by Grandmaster Kim Eun Seob of South Korea.

Grandmaster Kim Eun Seob is the founder of the World Taekwondo Defense Federation and trained under Kukkiwon President Lee Dong Sup. Grandmaster Kim has been playing a huge role in creating a new Self-Defense development and teaching curriculum for Kukkiwon's Self-Defense Instructor Seminars in the last few years, and is widely sought after by former World Champions, Olympic Champions, Grand Masters, Masters, and Instructors for his self-defense techniques. Grandmaster Kim has taught the ROK Army Special Forces, Military Police of Mexico, private Taekwon-Do schools in Mexico, Argentina, and other Latin American countries. Grandmaster Kim has also taught at special camps in Italy, Germany, and the United States. Assisting in this camp is Master Lee Jiseok, who is one of the Kukkiwon Self-Defense Lead Instructors and former World Taekwondo Demo Team Coach.

One of the most exciting developments for this year's camp is that Grandmaster Kim has agreed to offer participants the opportunity to test (Saturday, July 11th) for a Black Belt certification within his system-an honor that is rarely available outside of South Korea. (Note: Candidates MUST be at least Sr Red Belt or higher!)

The aim of this camp is to offer Taekwondo practitioners a valuable opportunity to learn and integrate the most advanced and effective self-defense concepts for both personal development and instructional purposes. For school owners, the camp presents a chance to enrich their curriculum by incorporating a dynamic self-defense program tailored to meet the growing demand for practical training. This event is highly recommended for all martial arts practitioners from novice to black belt who are seeking to sharpen their skills and expand their knowledge in self-defense techniques.
